With more than 10 years of experience as a technical & operations specialist, I support companies in organising their technical installations and teams.
I work hands-on as "Boots on the Ground": I go on-site, take responsibility and make sure things actually get done — both at existing sites and when starting up new locations in Europe and Asia.
Specialisation: recycling & waste processing, thermal processes and fire safety.
I combine technical depth with practical execution on the shop floor and am used to working abroad for extended periods.

Service Cleaning Center — Industrial thermal cleaning
I led the full start-up of a Service Cleaning Center. From zero to fully operational, including team building, machine optimisation and a camera system with fire detection. The framework was later rolled out to four other European sites.
Technical & operational site start-up
I am leading the technical and operational start-up of a new site for a major international client under high time pressure. Including team building, processes and engineering of a new generation of combustion ovens.
